The Osage Nation’s Museum and Prevention Program are hosting “A Night at the Museum Movie Series” starting with an outdoor film showing on July 21.

The animated Disney Pixar film Inside Out will be shown at the museum in Pawhuska with free admission to the public, according to a news release. This is the first of four outdoor movie nights planned with this film showing to start at sundown.

“Outdoor movie night events provide an opportunity for families and friends to enjoy the outdoors while watching movies on the big screen and learn about all that ONM and Osage Nation Prevention have to offer,” the release stated.

It is recommended attendees bring blankets or lawn chairs for seating and arrive with plenty of time to park and get settled prior to showtime. Osage-owned Ah-Tha-Tse Catering will be on-site selling concessions. Free water will be provided courtesy of Osage Casinos and Tulsa Akdar Shriners will be providing free popcorn.
