The enrollment period is now open for the Osage Nation’s Limited Health Benefit Plan (ONLHBP) and tribal members can enroll or re-enroll until Dec. 15 for the following:
- 2023 Osage Nation Limited Health Benefit Plan (64 years and younger)
- 2023 Osage Nation Limited Health Benefit Plan (65 years and older)
- 2023 Osage Rx Card (all ages)
- 2023 Medicare Plan F/Part D (65 and over, plus spouses)
According to a news release, all tribal members who register or renew their plan will be entered to win a $100 Visa gift card and a winner will be randomly selected each week during the enrollment period. Detailed plan information and enrollment instructions can be found below.
To enroll in the ONLHBP, please call (833) 406-0969 to get started. You will need to have an Osage Tribal ID No., date of birth, mailing address and contact information handy. Tribal members already enrolled in the ONLHBP will use the same benefit card for 2023. Visit the online portal to confirm information and complete enrollment by Dec. 15, 2022: https://osagehealthbenefit.wealthcareportal.com.

Note: ALL Osages need to have an account to receive benefits. Parents/guardians will need to create an account for minors 17 and younger.
Osage Nation members 64 and younger
The ONLHBP program continues to provide $500 to Osages ages 64 and younger.
According to the release, tribal members may receive the benefit through a debit card and/or reimbursement. Healthcare-related receipts should be submitted to (third party) RT Consulting for processing. The unused health benefit funds rollover has been phased out for tribal members 64 and younger. For 2023, tribal members 64 and younger will only have access to 2023 funds.
Please note:
- “Registration ID” will remain the Employer Name.
- In the next field for the “Employer Name” you will need to enter: The Osage Nation.
- For the Employee ID, enter the Tribal Enrollment number found on your Osage Nation Membership Card in the top right-hand corner, minus the beginning zeroes. For example, if your ID number is 001234, you will enter 1234.
Osage Nation members 65 and older
The Osage Nation Limited Health Benefit Plan program continues to provide $1,000 to Osages ages 65 years and older.
According to the release, tribal members 65 and older will continue to have funds rollover from the previous two years up to $1,000 each year. The total card amount cannot exceed $3,000 per individual. Note: Osages enrolled in the Osage Medicare Plan F/Part D cannot enroll in the ONLHBP.

- “Registration ID” will remain the Employer Name.
- In the next field for the “Employer Name” you will need to enter: The Osage Nation.

Osage Rx Card: FREE Prescription Savings Discount Card
Open to all Osages, tribal members who are currently paying full price for prescriptions are now able to access up to 80% on brand and generic medication at over 60,000 participating pharmacies nationwide through Inside Rx. There are no fees, enrollment, or registration required to use the program and receive discounts, according to the release.
Visit www.insiderx.com/osagerx to download the free card today. Simply bring the Inside Rx card along with a valid prescription to a participating pharmacy to access savings.
2023 Medicare Plan F/Part D
- Open to elders and their spouses 65 and over or turning 65 within 6 months. Must be enrolled in Medicare Part A and Part B in order to sign up.
- Individuals already enrolled in Osage Medicare Plan F/Part D DO NOT have to re-enroll.
You will need to have an SSN and Medicare Beneficiary Identifier, which is the number on your Medicare card. To request an information packet and/or enroll, please call United American at (877) 722-6973.
Note: Individuals cannot enroll for Osage Medicare Plan F/Part D and the ONLHBP at the same time.
Osages with “special situations of custody or guardianship” should update the ON Membership Department with any custody/guardianship paperwork on minors before applying for the card.
