Clifford Allen Robertson, 36, passed from this life on Thursday, Dec. 21, 2023, in Grayhorse, Okla.

Clifford Allen Robertson was born in Pawnee, Okla., to Kenneth Robertson and Sheaila La’Nae (Spotted Bear) Dilbeck. Clifford grew up in the Ralston Area, where he enjoyed playing football and basketball. He graduated from Woodland High School in Fairfax, Okla. Growing up, Clifford enjoyed picking on his sisters, except when he wanted to go to the store as a kid, he would tell them how beautiful they were until he got his way. Clifford would’ve done anything for any of his siblings

Clifford loved his Osage Culture, Activities and Food. Clifford’s Osage name is Xu Thah Zhu Tse. He enjoyed watching his family dance under the arbor each June.

Clifford had a big heart and loved being with his kids, nieces, and nephews. He was a hugger and a cuddler, loved watching movies with his kids, even scary ones. His children were his greatest accomplishment. Clifford told his children, “I love you always and forever.” Clifford could never get enough of being with his family. It was what brought him joy.

Clifford enjoyed watching basketball and football. He loved watching his kids, nieces, and nephews compete. He was a San Francisco 49ers’ fan. He also loved the OSU Cowboys. Clifford loved watching WWE; he would get his nephews in there to watch with him and get them to start wrestling each other. He enjoyed coon hunting and going fishing. He loved his old country music. Clifford’s mom and stepdad were a real inspiration in his life, but nothing was better than being with his kids. Life was not easy on Clifford, he fought some hard battles, but now he is at peace. Rest easy, Bubba.

He is survived by his children, Justice Robertson, Clifford Robertson, Grace Robertson, Hope Robertson, Gianna Southard, Landyn Woods, and Penelope Gibson; his mom and stepdad Sheaila (Mike) Dilbeck; seven siblings, Destanee Donaldson, April Robertson, Matthew Robertson, Kendra Robertson, Chyeanne (Ryan) Pearson, Lance Joslin and Michael Dilbeck, Jr.; grandmothers, Marcilee Schambron and Martha Spotted Bear; numerous nieces and nephews and other family members. He is preceded in death by his dad and stepmom, Kenneth (Teresa) Robertson; paternal grandparents, Howard and Donna Robertson; maternal grandfathers, Fred Spotted Bear and Alfred Shambron.

Traditional Osage Funeral services for Clifford Robertson will be at 10 a.m., Wednesday, Dec. 27, 2023, at the Grayhorse Community Center with burial to follow at the Riverside Cemetery in Ralston. Arrangements provided by Powell Funeral Home in Hominy, Okla.
