Final Day to Include Your Voice – Osage Nation Strategic Plan Update 2026-2030

Participation in this survey is a valuable opportunity for members of the Osage Nation who are 18 years of age or older, your voice is needed help shape the Nations priorities over the next 5 years.
To take part, simply provide your Osage Nation membership enrollment number, which will be used solely to confirm eligibility. Each member is invited to participate once.
By completing the survey, you’ll be entered into a drawing to win exciting prizes, including $100 gift cards and Limited Edition Children of the Middle Waters Pendleton blankets.
What You Need to Know:
- The survey takes approximately 20 minutes to complete.
- Please complete it in one sitting, as responses cannot be saved or submitted partially.
- Only one survey per Tribal Member will be accepted.
- You’ll need to enter your Osage Tribal Membership number to confirm eligibility. This number will not be linked to your survey answers.
