By Jeff Patten
Hello Fellow Osages, allow me to help reverse the decline of the Osage Minerals Estate. My name is Jeff Revard Patten. I am honored to announce my candidacy for one of the eight seats on the Osage Minerals Council (OMC).
It is imperative to promote oil and gas drilling and development in the Osage Minerals Estate. I bring expertise to reestablish our business relationships with producers and to initiate new growth ventures with investors seeking drilling. This will result in increased production. I have thirty years of experience in Petroleum Land Management in the state of Oklahoma facilitating leasing, drilling and production.
The OMC cannot attract new drilling potentials in the absence of a workable code of oil and gas regulations with the BIA. I can assist in this process with producers and potential new operators.
Producers evaluate their prospects and economics based on prudent practices and procedures of compliance being in place. This would result in a timelier turnaround in obtaining drilling permits.
Through my years collaborating with the BIA and BLM in procuring oil and gas leases and drilling permits successfully, I am confident that I can contribute from day one to gain positive results. I will work diligently to increase production and our Osage Headright income.
I am proud to be WAH ZHA ZHI. My family roots run deep. My great-grandfather, Franklin Revard, who served on the council for thirty years, inspires me to this day. It would be my honor to serve fellow Headright Shareholders on the Osage Mineral Council.
I appreciate your support and respectfully request your vote.
