NOISE issues Missing Person Alert for Baylee Mason Good

UPDATE: The Osage County Sheriff's Office has reportedly found Baylee Mason Good on Jan. 29, 2025.

UPDATE: The Osage County Sheriff’s Office has reportedly found Baylee Mason Good on Jan. 29, 2025.

Northeast Oklahoma Indigenous Safety and Education (NOISE) is seeking the public’s help in locating Baylee Mason Good, a 28-year-old citizen of the Osage Nation who has been missing since Aug. 19, 2024. Baylee was last known to be in Tulsa but she may be in either the Tulsa area or Osage County. This case is being treated as a Missing and Murdered Indigenous Relative (MMIR) case.

Baylee is described as:

• Height: 5’8”

• Weight: Approximately 200 pounds

• Hair: Brown and curly

• Eyes: Green

• Distinguishing Feature: A small scar near the upper left side of her lip

A missing person’s report has been filed with the Osage County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) under case number 2024-1248. However, her family and NOISE are growing increasingly concerned for her safety. According to NOISE President Olivia Gray, “Baylee’s family is very concerned and wants to know she is alive.”

NOISE confirmed on Jan. 6, 2025, with the Oklahoma State Medical Examiner’s Office that no unidentified remains matching Baylee’s description are currently in the system. The family is actively working to obtain the case number for Baylee’s entry into the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) and NamUS systems, as required by state law within 30 days of a report being filed. However, efforts to speak with OCSO personnel have been unsuccessful so far, with the dispatcher only taking messages and no returned calls.

Gray emphasized the urgency of action.

“It is state law that the Osage County Sheriff’s Office enters Baylee’s case into both the NCIC and NamUS system within 30 days, but they could do it sooner if they wished to do so,” she said. “We are also interested in the Sheriff’s Office working with OSBI to issue a Kasey Alert for Baylee.”

Baylee is believed to be homeless, which may make locating her particularly challenging. NOISE is urging the public to remain vigilant and report any sightings or information about Baylee’s whereabouts.

If you see Baylee or have any information regarding her possible location, please contact the Osage County Sheriff’s Office at (918) 287-3131.

If a call is made to the Tulsa Police Department, reference the Osage County Missing Person’s case number (2024-1248) and ensure TPD is aware that the case originates from Osage County.

NOISE remains committed to assisting Baylee’s family and ensuring her case receives the attention it deserves.
