The Oklahoma Indian Bar Association’s NATIVE VOTE/ELECTION PROTECTION PROJECT has established an Oklahoma ELECTION DAY VOTER ASSISTANCE HOTLINE, which is 405-602-9425 or 1-877-286-2918 (toll free) to assist voters on Election Day, Tuesday, November 6 from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Questions will be answered by volunteers who can help find your polling place, verify if you are registered, answer questions about voting or explain the ID requirements to vote. Problems voting at individual polling places can also be reported. This is a non-partisan project to help any voter who requests assistance.
Persons may also consult the OIBA Oklahoma Voter Resource Page atwww.oiba.net or consult the national Election Protection website atwww.866OURVOTE.org. Persons can also call 1-877-OUR-VOTE, a national hotline.
