ONES LLC selling its building south of Pawhuska

Osage Nation Environmental Solutions LLC is seeking a buyer for its 2,400 square-foot building located south of Pawhuska.

With the approval from the ONES LLC board and management, the ONES building is listed online with Keller Williams Realty Premier for $230,000. The property sits on 5.37 acres just off State Highway 99, which was built in 1982 and is commercial zoned property, according to a realtor presentation at the January ONES LLC board meeting.

Keller Williams realtors and sisters Ashley Crawford and Shelby Fisher informed the ONES LLC board of their company services for marketing the building sale online. Crawford said the $230,000 cost is a medium price from a recent market analysis on the building, which includes three office spaces and freight door access.

In a collaborative statement on the building sale, the ONES LLC Board said: “Owning the property does not fit ONES LLC core business plan; we can align the revenue from the sale to better align with current business plan.”

Jacque Jones, the ONES director of operations, said she contacted three separate realty companies and asked for information on their services and Keller Williams was selected for its prompt responses and interest in selling the building.

At the January meeting, ONES LLC Board Chairman Eddy Red Eagle Jr. said the building was purchased about five years ago and an appraisal conducted at the time estimated the building value at $185,000.

Currently, the Nation’s Department of Natural Resources is housing its aquaponics operations in the ONES building under a lease with ONES and the department is looking for another location for the operation, Jones told the ONES LLC board.

Fisher said she and Crawford will remain in weekly contact with ONES to provide updates on the building sale interests and inquiries from the public.

For more information, the ONES building for sale information and aerial photos of the property is posted on Crawford’s work Facebook page “918 Real Estate – Ashley Crawford – KW Realty Premier.”
