Osage Casinos leaders named to 2025 Oklahoma Under 40 list

Mason Shackelford and Coley Streater honored for leadership, innovation, and community impact in Journal Record’s 2025 Achievers Under 40 list

Mason Shackelford and Coley Streater have been named to the Journal Record’s 2025 Oklahoma Achievers Under 40 list.

The award recognizes the accomplishments and growth of 40 Oklahomans who have made a significant impact on the state early in their careers.

With a collective 16 years of experience with Osage Casinos, Shackelford and Streater hold key leadership positions within the organization. Shackelford has dedicated 12 years of service working his way through the organization and now serves as the General Manager of the Pawhuska property. Most recently, he led the property through the construction and launch of a new, state-of-the-art casino hotel in the capital of the Osage Nation. Streater began his career with the Osage Nation in 2014 and has quickly become an asset to the Osage Nation Gaming Enterprise as the General Manager of the Hominy property, according to a prepared release.

“I take pride in knowing what Osage Casinos does for the Osage Nation, our state of Oklahoma, and especially the communities that our properties are located in. I love what I do because we make a positive impact,” Shackelford said.

Streater said, “I can’t wait to see what the future holds and to help those who share my enthusiasm for what we can achieve together. Being selected for this honor has truly been the highlight of my year.”

Osage Casinos CEO Kimberly Pearson celebrated the accomplishments by her team.

“Mason and Coley are important leaders in our community. To see them recognized at this level makes me so proud as they represent Osage Casinos and the Osage Nation.”

This marks the 22nd class of Journal Record Achievers Under 40, recognizing the next generation paving the way for the state.

Shackelford and Streater will be recognized with other honorees at the Journal Record’s event on May 15 at the Oklahoma History Center in Oklahoma City. In addition to the celebration, they will be featured in a special publication available for distribution across the state.
