Osage Casinos ‘Round Up’ program proves successful for ON Foundation

Casino guests have provided more than $260,000 through the program so far

Since 2022, Osage Casinos has been working to implement a program that allows guests to give back to the Osage Nation when they cash out their winnings. Guests have been given the option to round up their tickets when cashing out and the earnings will be donated to the Osage Nation Foundation.

The Foundation enhances the well-being of Osage Nation tribal members. Its funding supports activities and programs, particularly ones that support artists and youth. Additionally, it focuses on causes that support communities where Osage citizens live and work.

“For more than a decade, our focus as an organization has been on providing opportunities for those people who, without our support, might never have the chance to express themselves or bring a project or cause to life,” said Bill Webb, Executive Director of the Osage Nation Foundation. “Our partnership with the Osage Casinos and specifically the ‘Round Up’ program has dramatically increased both our reach and depth.”

“This strategic partnership has been in the works for a long time now,” said Kimberly Pearson, CEO of Osage Casinos. “Giving back to the Nation is at the heart of what we do at Osage Casinos. The ‘Round Up’ program is another way for us and casino patrons to support our tribal citizens.”

So far, over $260,000 has been raised for the Osage Nation Foundation through the “Round Up” program.

“Those who donate while in the Osage Casinos might never imagine the impact their generosity could have on an individual or an organization,” Webb said. “Those donations matter. They make an impact, and they change lives.”

The Osage Nation Foundation is a federally recognized 501(c)(3) public charity. Donations to the Foundation are tax-deductible. You can learn more about its mission, history, and programs at www.osagefoundation.org.
