Osage Nation Health Services conducting phone survey for elder services

The goal of the survey is to tailor services for elders at the WZZHC while educating the community on available resources

Various Osage Nation health departments are teaming up to reach out to all tribal elders via phone survey with updated information on available services and programs.

The goal is to connect patients with resources tailored to their needs. These services may be with the Nation, county, state of Oklahoma (or the state they reside in), or Indian Health Service.

The WahZhaZhe Health Center, Public Health and Community Health Representatives are partnering together to conduct the outreach. The goal is to assemble a prioritized resource listing based on elder needs.

Please help the ONHS spread the word about this initiative by contacting elders in your family about the phone survey. The phone survey is supposed to take place during the first few weeks in March.

For more information, please contact the WahZhaZhe Health Center at (918) 287-9300. Or visit: https://www.osagenation-nsn.gov/services/wahzhazhe-health-center
