It’s that time of year again for parents and students to prepare for the upcoming school year.
The Osage Nation Johnson O’Malley program will be giving out free school supplies to Native American students, Kindergarten through 12th grade, within their districts. Due to the unprecedented times caused by the novel Coronavirus pandemic, signing up your student for the JOM program and the annual JOM Needs Assessment Survey will be online.
Tribal membership documents and paperwork for new students need to be sent to Avis Ballard, JOM Coordinator, electronically at aballard@osagenation-nsn.gov, or through mail at PO Box 250 in Hominy, OK 74035. Ballard is not taking paperwork or enrolling new students in-person at this time to limit in-person contact.

The JOM Needs Assessment Survey is conducted every year. Each parent or guardian can complete the survey. One survey per household is required for JOM services, including school supplies. Parents do not need to bring paperwork to the JOM school supplies events.
