Osage Shareholders Association to host Feb. 18 meeting at Skiatook Osage Casino

The Osage Shareholders Association is hosting their next quarterly meeting on Sunday, Feb. 18, at the Skiatook Osage Casino Hotel.

The meeting will run from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. and will feature guest speakers. Billie Ponca, who is the election supervisor for the 2018 Osage Minerals Council election, will share information about the upcoming OMC election typically held the same day as the Osage Nation General Election, which is June 4.

All eight seats on the minerals council will be open in the OMC election and voting is open to only Osage shareholders.

Other guest speakers will also follow and lunch will be $10. The OSA invites shareholders to come learn about the OSA, its leadership and the organization’s direction. For more information on the event, contact OSA Vice Chairwoman Lou Phillips at (918) 272-8174.
