My name is Patrick Cullen-Carroll. I would like your vote to represent all Osage People on the Osage Nation Congress
My immediate Allottee family was: Great Grandmother, Clara Farrell Goad, Grandmother Ethel Goad,
Great Aunt May Goad, and Great Uncle Cecil Goad. I own a home in Fairfax.

SUPPORT OSAGE SOVEREIGNTY
We, the Osage Tribe, are the sovereign Osage Nation. We need to demand more, our rights to be treated this way. We must seek immediate action in crucial areas such as healthcare, housing, and the management of our lands. Whether it be oil, water, gas, whatever, it is ours and we need to support and demand the right to administer it. We as Executive, Legislative, and Judicial Branches, need to pull together with the Mineral Council and work together for all Osage People.
GOALS:
- Support the ideals and spirit of the Preamble and laws put forth in the Constitution of the Osage Nation.
- Be an elected representative of the Osage People, working for the Osage People, with their best interest in mind.
- Continue to support the Mineral Council and its control of the Mineral Estate
- Support and increase funding of Academic and Vocational Education Programs for Osages. Create mentorship programs for Academic and Vocational jobs.
- Seek and support the need for increased and improved housing on the reservation.
- Support and increase funding as it becomes available for Health Benefits for all Osages, children through elders.
- Support and increase funding to make available more Fitness and Health information and programs to improve the health of our people on and off the reservation. …Cradle to Grave.
- Support our Language and Culture, increase the availability of this to all Osage People.
- Take action to insure the protection of the health of our natural resources, for now and the future.
- Support the development of a diverse portfolio to cultivate economic growth of the Nation.
A chain is only as strong as its weakest link.
We are only as strong as our people today and those who follow in our footsteps.
