Sandra Sue Brace Obituary

Sandra Sue Brace, 66, of Pawhuska, Okla., passed away from natural causes on Nov. 19, 2022.

Sandra Sue Brace, 66, of Pawhuska, Okla., passed away from natural causes on Nov. 19, 2022. Her funeral service will be held Saturday, November 26, 2022, at 9 a.m. at Wakon Iron Chapel located at 133 Wakon Iron in Pawhuska. Pastor Mark Buchannan will be officiating. Visitation will be at Wakon Iron Chapel beginning Wednesday afternoon. Graveside service will take place at a private cemetery. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Kendrick McCartney Johnson Funeral Home in Pawhuska.

Sandra was born in Tulsa, Okla., on Feb. 13, 1956, and graduated from Pawhuska High School in 1974. Sandra was a homemaker and loved her sweet cocker spaniels, Hannah and Bandit. She also loved to take adventures with her best friend Johnathan Parks. Sandra was a friend and mother figure to many!

Sandra is survived by her three sons, Jon Christopher Charles Brace, wife April, children Jaxon, Jaycee and Josee; Joshua David Edward Brace, wife Stacey, children Jozelyn and JJ; Jeremy James Dawson Brace, wife Valerie; and their father Jeffrey Brace. Sandra was preceded in death by her mother Sue Vaughn Whitehorn, her father Owen Dale Couch and her brother Jimmy Dee Couch.

After the burial, the family will meet at Assembly of God Church located at 26706 US Hwy 60 in Pawhuska. Light refreshments will be available for those who would like to stop by and visit.
