Six Osage Nation employees complete Executive Leadership course

Headquartered in Bartlesville, Tri-County Tech is one of 29 technology centers in Oklahoma, serving residents throughout Washington, Nowata, and Osage counties

Six Osage Nation employees attended a six-week Executive Leadership course offered this spring by Tri-County Tech Institute.

In a news release, the Nation announced the employees received certificates of completion on May 25. The Nation provides professional development to multiple employees with Executive Leadership classes hosted by Tri County Tech Institute. The six-week course focused on educational achievement and advanced leadership.

ON departments represented include Child Care & Development, Harvest Land, and the Office of Strategic Planning. The following employees received certificates of completion: Alecia Hutchens, Ashlee Walker, Jennifer Holding, Cameron Chesbro, Harleigh Moore and Susan Bayro.

Tara Gotwalt, Senior Director of Economic Development at Tri County Tech, said: “The most recent graduates of the Executive Leadership Institute each exemplify the high-quality employee that Osage Nation is demanding in its workforce. The insight and sharing among these graduates leads me to believe that each is capable of being an amazing role model for others at the Osage Nation.”
